The details, without the sales call
What counts as a site?
One registered domain with its own widget key. Subdomains you register separately count separately; your team and any number of members are included with every site.
I'm an agency with many client sites. How does this work?
Each client site is $9.99/month on your account — and per-site pricing is easy to rebill: put the line item on each client's invoice. Organize sites into per-client projects, scope teammates to only the clients they work on, and export Markdown reports for client updates.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 7 days you add a payment method to keep going. There's a short grace period where the widget stays live, and your data is kept either way — nothing is deleted if you don't convert.
Is there really a submissions limit?
Yes, and we'd rather tell you than surprise you: each site includes 1000 feedback submissions per month as a fair-use limit. Most sites never approach it. If you have a high-traffic use case, contact us.
Can I cancel or remove sites anytime?
Yes. Removing a site adjusts your Stripe quantity with proration; removing your last site cancels the subscription at the end of the billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation calls.
What does grandfathering mean here?
