Terms of Service

By accessing or using MCPFeedback, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including site owners, team members, and end users who submit feedback through the widget.

MCPFeedback provides an embeddable feedback widget that captures screenshots with annotations, a dashboard for managing feedback submissions, team collaboration tools, and an MCP server for AI agent integration. The service is provided as-is and we may modify features with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or legal entity may maintain one account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You agree not to: upload malicious content through the feedback widget, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, use the service to collect sensitive personal information without consent, exceed reasonable usage limits, or reverse-engineer the widget or API.

MCPFeedback owns all rights to the service, including the widget code, dashboard interface, and MCP server. Feedback content submitted through the widget remains the property of the respective site owners. You retain ownership of your account data and configurations.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a per-site basis. Pricing is quantity-based with per-site increments. New accounts receive a free trial period (configurable by the platform). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Grandfathered pricing may apply to early adopters.

MCPFeedback is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our privacy policy data retention provisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
