Privacy Policy

We collect the following information when you use MCPFeedback: screenshots captured via our widget (PNG/JPEG, max 5MB), feedback text including titles, descriptions, and annotations, email addresses for account registration, billing information processed through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers), and usage data such as page visits and feature usage collected automatically.

We use your information to provide and improve the MCPFeedback service, to process feedback submissions and deliver them to site owners, to manage your account and subscriptions, to send transactional emails (account verification, team invitations, trial notifications) via Resend, and to communicate service updates.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with PostgreSQL databases. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Screenshots are stored in Supabase Storage with access controlled by Row Level Security (RLS) policies. We implement role-based access control to ensure your feedback data is only accessible to authorized team members within your account.

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Vercel (hosting and edge delivery). Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies.

Feedback data and screenshots are retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account deletion, all associated data including feedback entries, screenshots, and personal information will be permanently removed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained as required by law.

You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your feedback data, and withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
